well, since pms dont count.
D99 refused to tell us host FC, ruleset and a contact person for their hosting coniditionals (as you can see if you read through D5 rep chat), and also didnt tell us at all they were incapable of hosting themself. They didnt ask us to host, and even tried to blame the mistake of not providing any data (D99 are home team) to us in time.
