Classic Controller Pro Tips?

So I ordered a CCP the other day and it just arrived today. I’m still trying to get used to the thing, and I was just wondering if there were any other tips about the controller that I should know about. If anyone who uses it as their main controller or have used it in the past could give me a few tips, it’d be much appreciated~! ❤️

I figured out how to do the claw but it’s something I’m gonna have to get used to, I was previously a Nunchuck player 😅
I did try to use B to drift; ended in disasterous results 😂😂

Using X to look back is quite difficult because of my hand size but I’m slowly getting better ;w;

i can suggest u to spam dpad up as much as u can on the last second of wheelie to try chain wheeling

Besides clawing and dpadup spam, there are not that many tricks for the ccp. You just need to get used to it. Also its very easy to get the right inputs for things like the TF shroomless when you claw.

Using X to look back is quite difficult because of my hand size but I’m slowly getting better ;w;

You could use ZL if x doesn't work. But it's more optimal

my nunchucko is basically broken so dat's why I switched lul

Try and use the knuckle of your thumb on A, and use your fingertip to press X

Try moving your left middle finger up to hold down the item button when you know you’ll be dragging an item.

This combined with clawing your left index finger on the dpad allows you to drive normally while dragging. @Revise told me the left middle finger strat a few months ago and I’ve had nothing but good results with it ever since!
