You are in desperate need of someone who is not another inactive yes-man that doesn't care about decisions. Despite what some of the dictators managers think, differing opinions and discussion are how you progress and improve (not the other way around - no matter how "wrong" you think others are). I hope you at least realize this basic fact and select me or someone like me to join the staff.
I was a div admin back in IL days for divisions 1 & 2 when division admins actually had influence on decisions regarding their division and the league rather than being robotic table updaters.
